• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one active account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You agree NOT to use Konnect for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Impersonation of another person or entity
• Sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized data collection
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

Profile Content

Product Delivery

• NFC cards and smart rings will be delivered to the address provided during signup
• Delivery times may vary based on customization requirements and location
• You will be notified when your product is ready for delivery
• Lost or damaged products during delivery should be reported immediately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Provide false information
• Harm other users or the platform

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be deactivated and your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Konnect platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Konnect and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Konnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Konnect shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Konnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
